Not very 'green'

I was incredibly dissappointed with this service. The carpet cleaner was over an hour and a half late, they forgot to send the maids with the carpet guy so they began even later which meant the carpets weren't done until much later. I found the maids using products such a Vim on my stainless steel dishwasher. The carpets took over a day to dry and were still not clean. Thankfully they honoured their money back guarrantee so that I could hire someone I trusted to redo the carpets. Upon completing the carpets a second time, I was disgusted by how dirty the water from the machine was and the 2nd cleaner was amazed that the carpets had even been 'cleaned' a few days before.
