Say they deliver to the Peninsula but they DONT.

Greco Pizza refused to deliver to 'my part of town'. The owner of the Halifax store told me the reason was that though they deliver to the entire peninsula, but will not deliver to my house which is on Maynard street. "I am not getting into that". Was the reasoning. Sound prejudicial to the area to me.
