Long haul move

I moved from Vancouver to Toronto. They proffesionally packed items i was worried about and most made it there safe and sound. They delivered my items to public storage but unfortunately when i checked the items a mirror was broken. It was a pain to make a claim and the cost to replace the mirror was minor and they wouldnt do anything about it. Very dissappointment end to otherwise a decent move. They are good with the big picture but sometimes very frustrating with the little things that make a move decent to great. There were other items like this in the move that we were disspointed with. Might get the same value with a cheaper mover.
