This 3,902-sq.-m (42,000-sq.-ft.) public market features produce, meats, fish, wines, cheeses, arts and crafts, and lots of unique fast-food counters offering a little of everything. The market is open daily 9am to 6pm. From mid-June to October, the Granville Island Farmers' Market operates here Thursday from 10am to 7pm.

Surprised to find a bakery right in the middle selling wheat-free cakes and fresh made gluten-free granola! Great place to pick up a few goodies and fruits for breakfast the next morning.

The granola was seriously addictive..

A food lovers dream come true. Loved this place! They had so many stalls which sold fantastic produce, raw as well as cooked or baked into something delicious. Also a lot of handcrafted items on sale, I actually bought a pair of earrings. Came here three times in total during our stay in Vancouver. I think some of the best food in town can be found here (at least that was the case for us).

It bears many similarities to the Ferry Building Plaza in San Francisco, but I must say, it is sooo much bigger! There are so many shops to look at and a wide range of things to choose from! You have many fruits, cheese, italian food, dessert,... more
