Good hotel, great location
Good hotel. Clean rooms. Very nice pool. Restaurant is OK. The best part is its location, located at Sherbrooke Street East and St. Denis. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby.

Could have been nicer...
August 17, 2010This hotel has seen better days and needs a renovation. The air conditioning was not working well at all and the bathrooms are somewhat distressing. I wish the hotel exerted more control over the frathouse American kids who haunted the bar. If you can't hold it, you shouldn't be drinking it. cracks in the ceiling, rude management
August 10, 2010we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. There was huge crack in the ceiling and plaster was falling down. After our complains they moved us to another room which had the same problem with a ceiling! Management was rude and after we asked for discount for bad service they called police! How on earth their hotel got 3 stars?!

Old hotel, Bad Smell, No A/C, Bad WiFi
July 07, 2010I've been trying to get the WiFi to work for 1 hour in order to leave this bad review. This hotel seems old and dirty and needs a major renovation. A lot of the things in the room seem to be broken, like the outlet in the bathroom as well as the alarm clock. Worst of all is that the A/C is not working.
