Betond what we could have imagined.
Like any couple, when we made the happy decision to get married, we went to many halls, heard many sales pitches and were offered several “deals”.
Amongst all the halls we visited, no one could match the friendliness, professionalism, or value of the Grand Olympia. We were lucky enough to be one of the last couples to book under a special rate, we were thrilled with the deal the Grand Olympia gave us.
I must admit, I was a bit worried that the great deal would result in a lower level of service… how could they deliver everything in the package at that price? It didn’t seem possible, I was waiting for the bottom to drop out, for the high pressure sales push for upgrades, and the corner cutting.
That never happened.
From day 1 to the special day and even beyond, the staff at the Grand Olympia was nothing short of spectacular. Always available for a quick question, always patient and friendly, they even returned calls from their holidays! Our planner called from her day off in Niagara falls to answer a simple question. Unbelievable.
The food tasting event was well run, classy, and excellent. The food was wonderful, the wine was excellent, and vendors were all very professional.
Our planner was always on hand, and treated us with care, respect and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it. Every detail from the particulars of the flowers, the table dressings, the menu, was beyond what I could have hoped for. They delivered more than was promised, superior choice, quality and service was the order of the day.
The day was more organized that I could have imagined. Personal staff were always on hand, and discreet. We were attended to like royalty. They even made sure that our cocktail of choice was waiting for us on arrival.
The finer details are what really made the day… the DJ was great. The bartender was hilarious and liked by all. The food was repeatedly complimented, the décor was perfect, and customized for us… even the bridal suite… champagne, fresh fruit, pastry’s… all more than we could have expected.
We were treated like royalty. I had heard great things about the Grand Olympia from several of my guests, but they all agree, our day was perfect. Thank you Grand Olympia. You exceeded every expectation we had, and your staff was beyond what we could have imagined.
You made our special day better than we could have ever dreamed.
You all went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation we had. It is easy to see why the Grand Olympia has the amazing reputation that it does.
The DJ, wedding ceremony, reception, and every course of the meal were all incredible. The attention that was given to every minor detail was unparalled, and truly made our day as special as it was.
The quality of the service, from the wedding planning, all the way up to the actual day was better than anything we have seen from any other venue. We would gladly plan or attend another event at the Grand Olympia.
Thank you Alex, and Kevin, and the entire staff of the Grand Olympia, you made all of our dreams come true. You even made sure to bring the beautiful weather in an April filled with rain.

The Grand Olympia gets an A++
Just wanted to let everyone know how wonderful our wedding was at the Grand Olympia. We had nothing but compliments, regarding our room (Halton) , service and the food. Our PA Tyler was amazing and very attentive. The DJ was fabulous, and we appreciated the cd he gave us. I appreciated the time you spent with me a couple of days before the wedding to review everything and when you greeted us upon our arrival. Luisa was very helpful leading up to our special day. The booklet she had sent helped a lot when planning the wedding.
Kevin and I would recommend The Grand Olympia to anyone who was planning a wedding or a special function.
