Two years ago we got this company to do our hardwood floors and stairs. Many, many , many times they either did not show up when we were told they were going to be here or they showed up late. Most days they had to leave early due to materials not being available. The project was supposed to take 4-5 days. It ended up taking over 3 WEEKS and I am STILL looking at RED stained risers and BROWN... more
