July 15, 2012I am extremely pleased with the professional service i received from agent name Amanda. I've been with grand alarm since oct 2009. This month i had replaced my living windows which grand alarm agreed to install wireless contacts for free. If i continue to have this type of service then i may reconsiderrenewing my contract. Great service, no complaints. I would recommend to others.... more

GSM Wireless Alarm
July 15, 2012I spoke with Melinda in Customer Service regarding Renewal Options and she offered a GSM Wireless Alarm Communicator as part of our Renewal as we would like to disconnect our Landline which currently sends the signal to the Monitoring Station. I am happy to continue with our Grand Alarms services and would recommend their services to family and friends .
