I had a great brunch experience at Gramercy Grill. The servers were very attentive (without being intrusive). They were knowledgeable in their menu and they were great at catering towards my friend's daughter. I love all the pumpkins that were placed around the restaurant. It felt like autumn :)

Service was not the best, she was poorly trained and clearly ignorant on basic etiquette. That said, she was pleasant and could be great if trained on these areas. Food was good, although half of my broccolini was cold under the halibut. Otherwise, a decent menu for selection and quality, and you're like;y to get better service as everyone can have a bad day.
