poor workmanship and customer service

We had Goosen Heating and Air Conditioning install our new furnace and central air conditioning in May 2010. Here is a short list of the deficiencies we experienced:
the warranty and instructions for the A/C unit were left outside on my lawn in the rain instead of being handed to me,
the workers left two large tradesman vans in our driveway for two days greatly inconveniencing us and also leaking oil onto the driveway, they used an incorrect flare nut on the gas line which does not meet code, they left a BIG mess in the basement including leftover food, the new ductwork was not sealed leaving many noisy leaks including a quarter-inch gap between the plenum and the ductwork, the holes in the wall to the outside were not insulated, the hole in the chimney where the old pipe was removed was not correctly patched, some of our personal property stored in the basement was damaged during the work, the paperwork was not done correctly for the Ontario hydro rebate so we are still waiting for the rebate, etc etc
