horrid

I had goodtogo moving and delivery move me from one side of town to the other, and they broke my head board of my bed and a lamp. Now when I complained about it they said that their movers said it was already broke so they were going to do nothing for me and when I continued to conplain and tell them no it was not they said I was a liar. I told them that the customer is right and I will be letting people know how they treated me. At that point he yelled at me and said are your threating me you buddy watch what you say because trust me you will not like the consequences.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! On the day of the move they canceled! An hour before they were to show up the company called saying one of the movers didn't come into work so they were going to have to cancel! WHAT THE ??? I have to suffer because your company is not efficient or can't figure out their staffing situation. I had to organize another company to fix their last minute problem.
