Beware of getting into membership, they show no respect or empathy for exisiting customers.
They took unauthorized funds from my bank account after cancelling my yearly membership.
I suggest you look for another gym and save yourself some hassle.
Have had three memberships at three different locations in Ottawa and will Never return. Last straw was theft of my gym bag with iPod and car keys ($500 to replace remote).
