I can't speak positive enough about this location. It is a 3 mins drive from my work and it provides a variety of classes I can attend or try during my lunch hour. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. What a great location. I would highly recommend this location.

This is a fairly busy club -- but that said, it is large and diverse so there usually isnt a wait for anything. Everything from roid heads to yoga moms and everything in between. I'd like to see it a little cleaner -- especially the changeroom. People, stop throwing your garbage, especially waterbottles, on the floor. I love this gym! I have been to many gyms before such as the huge premier club out in Oshawa and althoguht there is lots of amenities and it is a nice and largefacility, the knowledge and honesty of the staff are nothign compared to the staff at this gym.
