Most unpleasant experience. Rude ladies - I specifically asked for the nails to be filed a certain way and when she just cut them right down I looked surprised. Her comment: nails grow back.
The colour started coming off too soon and both hands and feet didn't feel as clean afterwards.

A year later.... No improvement. Same lady is apparently still the shellac queen, very disappointed "ratchet" is very good description! Feet were marginally better..

This is the worst manicure I have ever had! I feel like I threw $35 down the drain! My nails actually look worse AFTER getting the manicure.
