snack foods
Their coffee is okay, nothing wrong with it, but I prefer Starbucks espresso drinks. Their food, on the other hand, is awesome. Good breads and rolls and things like that.
ha, toasted seed roll
the toasted seed roll here is my favourite as well! i will travel extra to get to a Good Earth. Also try their tea.
Nice buns!
If you've never had a toasted seed roll from Good Earth, I would highly recommend one. Delicious!

Calgary based chain that serves specialty esspresso and healthy / vegetarian dishes. Not quite my first (or fifth) choice, but the crew I was with seemed to enjoy it.
