Customer service worse than bad
Had a problem with the drawers and had to get some replacements less than a year from installation. It's been almost 3 weeks now and I keep getting promises but nothing comes of it. The woman there, Nancy, doesn't seem to know anything and you have to constantly chase her. Once you've paid forget about getting any service at all.
