Yes, I am familiar with the situation regarding the lunch issue. There may be some discrepencies in "Clock" times. However my position was that we had offered a bunch of free tans to customers of the "Bank Ultralounge" and had many people call to book in for free trial sessions. Then the cold snap from Dec 8th - Present has caused a LOT of no shows because of cars not starting and bad roads. Being that yes, I do eat my lunches in the mall, after the client was 3 minutes late for her shift I ran down to get food. I do this twice a day, and with years of doing this I know the best times to go, and the fastest lineups. I never take more than 4-6 minutes for food.

The client had said they were there for 10 minutes, however this just simply was not possible, I would never leave when I have a client about to show up. However I DID tell the client that I had assumed she was not going to show up as many new free tan customers have been doing. I invited her back 2 hours later, @ 9pm, and took her number to call her if there were more no shows, which there were, I had a cancellation for 8:20~8:40 (an hour and a half later) I called her phone as per request, got no answer, and left a voicemail inviting the client back.

I would like to further extend another appointment and offer a free packet of lotion, as this whole fiasco is obviously a bit of a mess, and I take every complaint seriously, and attempt to do whatever is neccessary to repair any negative impressions of the salon, as we aim for 100% satisfaction.

Unbelievable membership and results!

I think the last review is a little unfair, and a little vengeful, I just posted a review on yelp and found this same comment there, but under a different name, Britney E.

I dont think this is a fair review, picking on the owners weight is hardly sign of a fair unbiased opinion.

This sounds like a singular bad experience which I think SHOULD be takien up with the owner Adam, but I have tanned there CONSISTENTLY for two years. I used to pay $65/mo for 3 matrix tans (this bed is unbelievably good) and unlimited tanning and infrared in the rest of the bed. Now his new membership is $15 CHEAPER for unlimited matrix, and FREE LOTION. Every time you go in he has 3 bottles of $90 lotion and you get a little cup of whichever one you want, for free!

I can see that this client obviously had a lemon of an experience, but as a client who has spent my money there for two years, I love it. From the chilled lemon scented hours, being open until 10 on saturdays, having matrix, massage, infrared, and free lotion, online appointment booking, its all the little touches that can make it great. Granted I would be p@!%!d if this happened to me, but I honestly think there is more to the story. I will tell the owner next tan, about these reviews, hopefully he can come post his side of the story.

Terrible Service / Rude Staff / BAD exp!

I had been here several times to use the IR bed. I had NO problms with the girls who work here, great experience, very very nice.

Later, I got a promo from them for a free tan through the BANK ultralounge, where I am a good customer ($$$). I showed up 2min late for my app., nobody was there..I waited 5min for the guy to show up, and when he did he had FOOD in his hands and a big guilty look. He had assumed I wasn't coming because it was a free promo and thought that I was a new customer (thought he was joking)...He said there was no way to get me in now and made no apologies. He told me I could come back 2h later...Needless to say, this monkey has totally turned me off!!! I'll spend my cash somewhere else, IR is not cheap. (His name is Adam. He could use less Edo and more Gold's I think!!!) SO RIDICULOUS!!!!
