Mmmmmm! Everything is AMAZING here!
I am obsessed with Golden Wheat! They have delicious breads, treats, and coffees. I got a personalized cake made (they have a bunch to choose from) and not only was it DELICIOUS but also a true work of art. And the value is exceptional!! I highly recommend popping in for breakfast, lunch, or coffee and one of their famous Portugese treats!
Sweet tooth
There are so many delicious sweets to choose from! The desserts are always fresh and sandwiches are great for a lunch break in the middle of your day.
Custard tarts
They have these custard tarts that you can't believe. Their other confections are quite good but the custard tarts are just amazing. The coffee is pretty good too.

Busy little place
January 09, 2011Staff may be a little stand-offish until you've been in a few times. Great selection of desserts - I love their custard tarts and Portugese fish finger type food (sorry can't think of name right now). Lots of fresh bread.

Golden Wheat is a nice bakery to go to when you've got a sweet tooth, but yet haven't got a clue as to what you're craving for. The many spic and span display cases are chock full of assorted vibrant desserts which are bound to make it difficult to pick and choose. As I have only visited late in the evenings after dinner, it isn't usually busy at all, so I can do my twice over before finalizing... more
