I hope that I'm reviewing the right place, but it's certainly the right location - right beside Golden Turtle. This Chinese restaurant does change its name/owner on a regular basis.Dim Sum is a mix of ordering off a sheet + carts, so we did both. The duck was dry and tasted re-cooked. Dim sum was old and re steamed. The beef and brocoli was also re cooked and served to us. Overall the food was garbage and not fresh at all.
