Excellent Customer Service

We were looking to have a custom ring made with a specific design I had drawn,we went to alot of stores ie, chain stores in the big malls. The staff there really had no clue as to what I really wanted nor the experience. We just happened to go to scottsdale centre, irronically we live near by, sometimes the best places are right near your backyard. We entered the store and immidately felt comfortable, no high pressure sales pitches. we talked to the staff, fofi and george regarding the design and they knew exactly what we were thinking as to the design and layout, we left our stones and gold and within a few day's we went back and they all ready had a wax model to view, it was perfect We didn't hesitate to give them the go ahead and within a couple if weeks it was finished, it looked fablulous, this meant alot to me as it belonged to my mother who had passed away in 2008.
