Poor service

I took a coat to Gold Bar cleaners in September. The zipper had broken and needed replacement. It took about 4 days to fix. I didn't wear the coat (winter, ski coat) until December. 3 weeks after wearing it, one of the teeth became misaligned and was very difficult to zip up without playing around with it. Then the top of the zipper came off, so I had to sew a few stitches on so the zipper didn't come off the teeth at the top. I took the coat in at the end of December, and the owner said there are no guarantees on zippers. He also denied charging me $35 for it, which I clearly remember. He refused to do anything to help me - no discount, nothing. The owner was beligerent and had very poor customer service. I will not return to this local business again. I told him this and he told me to go elsewhere.
