May 09, 2010extremely poor service initially I was told told I have upto 3 weeks in advance of the event to cancel my order when I called to cancel suddenly the owner starts threatening me with 25% cancellation fee and accusing me of lying and very very sarcastic absolutly no respect for customers i'm not the type to get easily offended and generally don't bother writing internet reviews but this... more
