Best Indian Food in the downtown core
There may be other Indian restaurants downtown, but these guys have been consistently the best for years. The owners make sure everything is always high standard quality and work hard to keep it so. Their noonhour buffet is awesome.
Best noon-hour buffet in Calgary
The food here is awesome. If you want to come here for dinner, you will have terrific East Indian food. BUT, if you come here for noonhour lunch buffet it's even more fantastic because it's the same great awesome food but you get to try more variety. One of the 2 best spots in downtown Calgary for East Indian buffet (hint: Royal India is pretty good too!)

It's a buffet
October 29, 2011If you're like me and love Butter chicken, this place has pretty good butter chicken. They food selection is not bad, I actually just like a few, which include the butter chicken and the nan bread. I would say I'm not a fan of how pricey is it for a buffet that I only like certain number of items, but what buffet isn't expensive? Anyways, I would come again but once in a while is okay.

July 30, 2011We went with a dealfind voucher, and it was the first time I've ever visited this restaurant. My parents, on the other hand work on 4th ave. and have been there numerous times. Starting off with the service, it was great. The servers were helpful and so friendly. I mean, we had a server who was new at the job, but it was obvious that she was trying the best she could. Too bad we moved...!
July 03, 2011We used to live downtown and would occasionally treat ourselves to dinner at Glory Of India. The servers were always friendly and the menu is huge. The portion sizes were always big enough for left overs and the naan is what dreams are made of. To say that is was also delicious the day after is definitely a compliment.
