Terrible company

My security deposit was kept even though the place was spotless and in excellent condition. If Gil Management won't return a deposit under those conditions, I really wonder how many deposits they ever return. My guess is, none. In addition, the property management rep from Gil lied to us several times during our tenancy. A very unethical company - I would never recommend renting through this company to anyone. If you do, make sure you take lots of pictures at the beginning and end of your tenancy, and keep records of everything; you may need them to fight for your deposit.
