Perfect service
Overall my experience was really good with GH Johnson. The salespeople were very helpful and not pushy at all. Sean was patient and answered every question we had. The couches took awhile (7 weeks) to arrive, but the delivery was very smooth and they did tell us custom orders do take time to come in from the manufacturer.

Great store, this place had some of the best prices in Toronto, defiantly worth a look if you are buying living room furniture that looks expensive, but isn’t. I bought a sectional and a coffee table that go so well together. Furniture came when they said 6 to 8 weeks but it was closer to 8 weeks and I was happy with the delivery guys who helped me position the sectional where I wanted it. Good furniture buying experience.

This store is the best. They have a wide selection of fabrics to choose from and many different sofa/chair styles, as well. We got our couch in only 3 weeks. Good quality, good people and amazing service. Why would you go anywhere else?

We had purchased a new wardrobe from here for our new home. The sales person we dealt with was just awesome and she knew everything about furniture and the various brands. She was polite and yet professional and did not try to upsell. She was patient with us while we looked around.
