Very bad customer service !!!!!

I got my car about one year ago and i had a defect with my car and Gerry Gordens Mazda's Service manager said there was nothing wrong with the car and when i took it to Destination Mazda the guy said there was a defect so they fixed it , even the Service staff is very rude and unhelpful , the service righters are very rude and even to me . I will never go to Gerry Gordens again . John.

Bad service experience

I have had my vehicle for two years and have had nothing but trouble from their service department. 1) it took them three months to fix our vehicle after an accident, we were never updated on the status of our vehicle unless we called them. they ordered the wrong parts. we called other mazda dealers service departments and told us theyve never heard of a car take that long to fix. 2) after... more
