Locked Out

This message is to inform you of the experience I had in dealing with the GCR Bridgestone Tire located at 2207 Carling Ave, Ottawa, ON K2B 7E9, Canada.

On Nov 2, 2009 I phoned them at 5:45pm to let them know that I would be arriving shortly to pick up my car (they had installed winter tires for me that day). There was no answer. I arrived 10 mins later at 5:55pm only to find that the garage was locked and everybody was gone home for the day leaving me without keys. The garage is supposed to close at 6:00pm so therefore they had closed early without even giving me a phone call.

My colleague had to drive me 50kms to where I live, and the next day my wife had to turn down a supply teaching day to drive me into the city to pick up my car.

I have been going there for 8 years now for service and the last couple of years have noticed the quality of work and service deteriorating.

Today was the last straw. I will no longer go to this garage.
