terrible customer service
I would never recommend this place to anyone - poor work, overpriced and this man hasn't got a customer service bone in his body.

Disappointing custom boots
January 08, 2011Apart from the very high quality of the leather, which I like, the fit of my boot just isn't that great. Most disappointing: the leather at the bottom of one boot where it meets the heel has a thin line of exposed rough edge, about 2 inches. I didn't see it when I picked it up, tried to cover it with dark brown polish - didn't work. Finally used a dark brown FELT PEN! I paid 800 for these... more

I wouldn't recommend
November 15, 2009I tried this place once and only once. I would not trust with my good shoes, bags or boots. Terrible.
