Zéro pour le service
J'avais appelé et pris un rendez-vous pour mon auto. Le jour du rendez-vous, j'étais sensé récupérer l'auto aprés 2 heures, mais rien n'avais été fait. Il a fallu l'intervention d'un autre employé pour que je puisse avoir une auto de rechange car j'avais un rendez-vous. A mon retour en fin d'aprèes-midi, mon auto n'étais toujours pas prète. Je l'ai reprise sans faire les réparations, j'ai décidé d'aller chez mon concessionnaire, car meme si le prix est un peu plus chere, au moins ils ne niasent pas les clients eux.
Je retournerais peut-être chez Mr. Muffler situé a cote du lave auto prince sur la rue lajeunesse, mais jamais plus chez Mr. Muffler de St-Léonard!

I take my car there all the time for the last 14 years and never have a problem. I always get treated very nicely and they are honest about the work my car needs. If i need a ride home they are always happy to help in anyway they can even by lending me one of their vehicles. Top mechanics there who are very good at their job and always go the extra mile. worst customer service and dishonest people, the yappy manager will try to rip you off. had a horrible experience and will never visit again. the deal find coupon for oil change is a scam at this place, AVOID at all costs.!!!

Thank god the shop is under new management. I Have been going for years despite the terrible service, and was astonished with the service and fair prices the new owner gave me. You need to speak to Ron. he's been managing a mister muffler on st-laurent for 19 years and a midas for another 12. amazing service. strongly recommend this shop for any type of work.
