I have come by this Gap location a few times and always received the worst possible customer service.. I'm not sure why this specific location is so bad, but the staff really need some customer service training as they do the exact opposite of what they are meant to do.
The staff do not greet you, they actually pretend not to see you and avoid eye contact. There's usually no one working the...

I am not sure why this gets only 2 average stars. I know that it is not the best Gap location, however, it is really not that horrible for some of the basics. I came here during their boxing day sale and some cheap polo-like shirts for the spring or as an under shirt for blouses. It was a mad house still even though it was a few days into the sale, however, still manageable. Staff were stressed... more
