July 17, 2011I have been going to this lab for about 20 years. Yes, they do pick up the phone when they can (I assume they are too busy to answer at times). Staff are consistently professional and efficient. I have also found them to be very empathetic in situations, and this makes undergoing tests a little easier.

Confused and annoyed
March 30, 2011Do not try to phone them because they DO NOT pick up?? I don't understand why they have a phone number if they NEVER answer it! I mean literally they never pick up!
