Ugly Bouquet, Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a bouquet online from what I thought was a local Regina florist (www.pinklotusflorist.com). It was actually a website company that uses local florists to fill orders, thus Gale's filled and delivered the order. The flowers my mom received (to cheer her up from a breast cancer diagnosis I might add) look NOTHING like the bouquet I ordered online and paid $110 for. I have now called both the online company and Gale's Florist, neither of which is willing to rectify the problem. The bouquet I ordered was called a Stargazer bouquet. The one my mom got does not have a single Stargazer lily in it. It was supposed to be pale pinks, purple and white. It came as medium pink, hot pink and white. The bouquet I ordered was large, beautifully arranged and full of flowers. What my mom got was small, sad and the flowers are poorly arranged. A very disappointing experience overall. Even after speaking to the manager Debbie and explaining the whole situation, no solution or remedy was offered. I would not recommend Gale's to anyone!!
