no customer service at all

I've been to a lot of bridal stores. This one is by far has the worst customer service. I went in there and the first thing they did was let me sit in the waiting room which was fine by me. However one mature looking lady (taller one) told me to take a look, while a shorter fatter one told me I couldn't b/c there was someone in there already. Finally the customer that they were with left. So I went in, and told them my budget. After I told them my budget, the fatter one didn't even want me in the other room. She told me to stay in the clearance room. She asked me what dress I was looking for and I told her what I had seen in another store, she said we don't have that here but we can order it, but she never bothered to take down the information of the dress. The dress that I was trying on, was for sale I was told. Then 5 mins later it wasn't. I was confused. I don't understand why they didn't want to sell me any dress. I just felt that she didn't want to work with me. Instead she wanted me out of the store as quickly as possible.
