Not enough staff
Unfortunately PG doesn't have a comparable store to give this one a little competition. It always feels that you have to wait for someone to help you. The service counter is ridiculous!
A Mixed Blessing
All in all I am glad we have a Future Shop here in PG as no other electronics store matches its range of products, software, CDs and DVD and even large appliances. And I must say that snce I first encountered this chain many years ago, their sales- staff has become less aggressive, more willing to leave you if you wish, to mull over products. But I've found service uneven (had a major tiff with them over a digital camera) and generally like to suggest that before buying here, check out more locally beneficial firms like J & A. You may have to come back to Future Shop but you'll feel better about at least trying to shop local!

I am tired of taking my computer back for repairs, they have had it more than I have!
