manager-stupid
the manager is stupid and rude,he doesn't know anything about costumer service,if you want to be insulted go to fusion collision,beside, the quality is bad, take my car 3 times back due to a bad finishing.
jerk around
it took over a month to get my vehicle in the shop and then after i got it, nine days later, it was a hack job. welds were not primed and protected, left bear. truck box was put on crooked, or just never straightened out. they bolted my tonneau cover on top of the straps that secure it. so they were useless. no care, no pride, just shafts, shafts, shafts... oh plus the icing, i have to wait two weeks for them to repair their disaster because whoever did this is on holidays and they want him to fix it. not bloody happy, at all.
