Best Sushi
May 17, 2012My opening argument to convince anyone to fo to Fushi is that my dad goes to Japan every year and he says that the sushi at Fushi is better than what he eats in Japan. I have been to Fushi 4 times now and every time is amazing. The flambé sushi is the best sushi dish I have ever had.... more

May 17, 2012We went there twice for lunch during our stay in Montreal. This was mainly because we were rather jet lagged and the position for just opposite our hotel, the Sofitel. Wonderful. A hidden gem
May 17, 2012Truly delicious food. Inventive, creative takes on Japanese fusion, with very artful presentation. The sushi rolls are more than just your standard sushi, and the mains are delicious. A but off the beaten track for restaurants, but well worth it. While the price is a bit steep, you do get what you pay for, and it's not outrageous, just not... more
