Same as some others who've posted on here...

Frocks told me to order a bridesmaid dress that is almost two sizes too big. 2/4 of our dresses fit, the other two really didn't. They said they could order me a new one if I paid the rush fee... after paying $250 for a pretty basic dress, I wasn't about to pay another $80 or so to get a new one, I'd rather pay the $60 it cost to someone else to... more

Nothing short of phenomenal!

Was having a bit of a dress crisis, called in the day before to let them know the challenges I was having and explained what I needed and when.

I arrived the next morning right as they opened and the friendly sales girl was already pulling dresses for me that fit the description.

Very helpful, not pushy, and really knew her stuff!
