The Sauce Is Too Liquid
September 04, 2003It is true that the poutine at Frites Madame is excellent. The fries are crusty and the cheese does indeed "swick swick". But my gang and I find that the sauce is too liquid. It still tastes very good. We recommend that you accompany your poutine with a boat or a jumbo burger (house specialties).

November 18, 2002The poutine at Frites Madam is without a doubt the best in the world! The cheese is always fresh which guarantees the freshness of their cheese curds. Their menu is varied and has very reasonable prices. It's really worth the detour!
