fantastic patisserie
June 09, 2014Recommended by hotel staff, I visited this gem and became a repeat customer during my week in France, er Vancouver. Their eclair's aux chocolate, tartelettes, and mousse are wonderful. The real thing, and freshly made, and the staff we're very friendly too. First rate.

I was visiting Vancouver for the first time and made a side trip to the French Made Baking before driving in to my hotel. I bought 3 macarons (chocolate, hazelnut & pistachio) and a couple of caneles. The macarons were great. It is so hard to find caneles - you cant...
