August 20, 2011Two excellent Sri Lankans chefs driven by an old-school Italian owner. Famously known for the Grilled Calamari which is cooked on the grill and served with olive oil, parsley and chopped tomato. You get a basket of fresh bread to mop up the juices. Simply wonderful! Outstanding wings and calamari
June 11, 2011Okay, I should say straight off the bat that my title is a tad misleading. I'm actually a vegetarian and I don't like calamari. But when I did eat wings, this place had the best around and according to family and friends, still does. Plump, juicy and flavorful, they are top notch. Fred's bar and grill - our favourite
November 08, 2010Our touch football team meets at Fred's after games and practices. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Food is great and the prices are terrific. To talk, laugh, discuss current events, watch sports on tv, quench one's thirst, satisfy one's appetite, Fred's is our favourite hangout. We've been to other establishments but none can match Fred's in meeting our needs.
