The market is quite possibly one of my favourite things about Fredericton and one of my favourite things to do on a Saturday morning. Every product I have bought from here has been exceptional and I love bringing people with me that haven't been there before so I can share this gem with them.
Only the best is on offer at the Boyce. In one downtown location, find heavenly walnut sourdough bread, artisanal cheese and paté, free-trade coffee, fish, fowl, fresh produce, steaks and sausages; all cheek-by-jowl next to original artworks in glass, copper, clay, handmade paper, wood, and canvas. It's a monster mash-up, with nearly everything produced by the people selling it to you. Check out the real deal in Fredericton, every Saturday morning from 6 till 1pm.
