Terrible service...unkind to animals!!!

I've used this vet twice & both times were terrible experiences! The doctor was insensitive to our cost concerns & guilted us for not giving the go ahead on a mountain of exams! She actually said we should consider giving our dog away if we weren't willing to care for him!!!! While waiting for the doctor we could hear dogs getting their nails cut crying/screaming in the back room & the staff imitating the sounds & laughing!!!! This place should be shut down.
