Overpriced parts and bad service after technician leaves your house

Woke up on a winter morning with 16 C degrees in house. After technician checked the furnace, it appeared the HSI (Hot Surface Ignitor) was broken and so I had no choice but to buy one from them for 118$ (though you can get those for 20-30$).
A safety limiter was broken as well, but technician didn't have one with him and promised to get back with a part number and price.
The next day I contacted the manufacturer of HSI that was installed (Aspen UK1090) and via Aspen's distributor I got a quote for 20$ (instead of 118$) which I forwarded to 4 Seasons. I called 4 Seasons, talked with owner: he told me that will get back to me, but never did despite another reminder few days later. Called them after two weeks, the office lady accused me in sending them a false quote (her words were: "this quote is a lie"), told me to go and look for another service provider and when I asked for the part number of a broken limiter (that they promised to give me) she hang up on me.
4 Seasons service assumes a single payment (125$) for "labor", meaning that if they need to come back 2nd time and do an additional repair, that would not be charged. They still owe me the "limiter" installation.
Summary: unreasonably overpriced parts and literally no service after technician leaves your house.
