what a great hotel downtown toronto, great views of the lake - beautiful spot to get up and go for a walk along the beach front. Nice rooms, comfy beds and decent food in the hotel restaurant.

Absolute nightmare. I breathed gas fumes all night and did not sleep due to raging sounds from freeway 10 feet from my window. The only hope the hotel had was its bar / restaurant which closes right when you show up to its doors hungry. Horrible smell, no ventilation, broken elevator, straight out of twilight zone.
