Biggest scam of a tire/autobody place out there.

Let's start off with the "expert" who looked over my car. I only needed one new tire to be replaced. He looks over my car and says "hey do you mind telling me where the damage is?" My friend who is not even a mechanic, my own mother, and myself easily identified it when it became a problem yet this guy couldn't.
