good price but very small company
i was offered a free estimate in march 2008 and signed a contract firtst year i was dissapointed that they were not open in the winter and it was hard to get ahold of anyone when we moved, good news is that they transfered the contract to my new adress at no extra charge (had an extra 50x70)... there are only 3 people that deal with customers but they seem to care more than any one i`ve had before and i like that they gave me a lock so i wouldn`t have to unlock the gate in the mornings. they cut the price i was paying with greenspace in half....... always use extension 3, much faster service. it my fourth year, i was looking around but treated me well i felt i owed them a good review after seeing the first one.
Service suck!!! Would not recommend to anyone
1) Poor client service - You can call all you want, they do not return your calls. Unless you threaten to call the police or take civil action.
2) Disorganized - You ask them to do a specific thing (e.g. call the night before), but even they say they make a note on your file, they either lose your file and the note, or they clearly do not know how to dial your phone... unless you threaten them with something.
3) We were home one day, we saw the guy plant the sign in the front and the back of our house, as to say that he had fertilized the lawn. However, that's all he did!! He planted the signs and hopped in his vehicle and left.
4) We are desperately trying to get rid of them people, but they have it in their mind that we have a contract with them. We had a contract last year, but we did not sign with them this year. But guess what after multiple phone calls asking them to stay the hell off our property, they still come back and do work on our lawn UNAUTHORIZED!! Since we signed with another company, Forever Green will probably end up burning our lawn since they are adding unnecessary fertilizer.

they cut greenspaces prices in half pretty much.... i can never get ahold of them in the winter months but they do a good job.... the customer service is fully bilingual so i will probably stay with them but my husband is a real do-it-yourself-er i don`t really want him out in the sun all day with a hernia.
