Tears and Fears

I bought great shoes and brought them back after wearing as instructed for stretching. They ripped the leather in both shoes. They offered to repair but no store credit nor replacement. the owner shouted and got really threatenting when I repeated that I needed non ripped shoes. Capilano Mall shoe repair says that they are not repairable except by glueing a piece on the underside which would rip again. I loose 245.00 and the shoes.
I cried.
