Flowers where ordered by phone. They where never delivered. Tried to get refunded for more than a month and still nothing. Every time I call they ask for all the same information again. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Terrible Service
My flowers were never sent on the scheduled date. I needed them for a funeral service and called several times over the course of the day without any answer (on a weekday). The florist called me the day after without any apology for not sending the flowers. She was very difficult and did not offer any reparations.
Regarding my unanswered calls I was told "They are very busy - it's a business". This is particularly interesting as they have no answering machine.

a) the call to let us know about the order was 8 days late. The plant was received 12 days after the order.
b) the florist had 3 messages left, none were returned. The voice mail does not identify the business.

May 24, 2011I give this florist ZERO Stars. Their website shows teleflora arrangements..What they send does not resemble the photos in the slightest! I ordered a violet/plant basket for my Granny and they sent fresh cut flowers in a vase..That does not qualify as a similiar... more

Dont use this place
May 18, 20110 star!. The worst customer service I have ever received. What I ordered and what was delivered were two totally different things. It was the ugliest bouquet, not delivered ontime, the owner hung up on me, she has been reported to BBB on 5 occasions and has never once... more
