Horrible and expensive experience

The worst customer service experience I have ever had in Halifax. I went into the store on Feb 13th to order flowers to be sent out of town, paid and left. On Valentines Day, when the flowers had not been delivered by 4:00, I called to see what was going on. I was informed they would not be delivered because the clerk failed to charge my credit card the correct amount. I paid the difference by phone and thought it was done. Not so - not only did my Valentines Day flowers not show up until Feb 15th, my VISA was billed $185.00 for a dozen roses. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
