Don't buy from here
Very unhappy customer! I took a small sample of hardwood flooring home with me from the store to see what it would look like in the 400 sq. ft. room. I was uncertain about the color of the floor but A contractor, along with the store representative talked me into buying it. Upon delivering when my product I was told I had to unload it myself! I then opened a box of the flooring and found the colors greatly varied from the sample piece I earlier brought home and realized it would not work for the setting I had. So a couple days after it was delivered, I called the store to see if I could return it/or exchange it for something else. then he tells me I could not return it! After paying $2500 for it not even a store credit ! Bad business , I advise everyone I know to not buy anything from this place

Pacific Planks Laminate is great! Really durable! But don't even waste your time on Floors For Less. Horrible service and the price isn't really the price they display. Seriously, don't waste your time.
